Pricing

How much does pest control cost in Boise?

For most homes, Quarterly Pest Management is $200 for the initial service and $150 per service after that. Rodent proofing is quoted per home, since every house has different entry points. A standalone pest inspection is $50, and that fee is waived if you move forward with an initial service.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Quarterly service is available if ongoing prevention makes sense for your home, but it is never required. We don’t lock anyone into agreements they don’t need.

Are there hidden fees or add-ons?

No. You’ll know the price before any work starts. We don’t tack on surprise charges or push extra “treatments” you didn’t ask about.

Why is rodent proofing “call for a quote” instead of a flat price?

Because sealing a house honestly depends on the house. A small home with two entry points is a very different job than a property with a crawlspace, attic gaps, and an old foundation. We quote it after we actually look at it, so the number is real.

Services

What pests do you handle?

Quarterly Pest Management, Rodent Proofing and Exclusion, Pest Inspections, Flea Control, Fruit Tree Pest Protection, and Commercial / Restaurant Food Service pest control. If you’re not sure whether your problem fits, call and ask.

Do I really need quarterly service?

Only if it makes sense for your situation. Some homes benefit from regular prevention; others just need a one-time fix. We’ll give you an honest recommendation either way — and we’re fine telling you that you don’t need ongoing service.

Who actually shows up to do the work?

Matthew, the owner. Impestable is a one-technician business. The person who answers the phone is the same person who treats your home, every time.

What areas do you serve?

Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Nampa, Garden City, and the broader Treasure Valley.

Inspections

What happens during a pest inspection?

We follow the same method on every job: Inspect, Identify, Explain, Treat. We find entry points and signs of activity, figure out why the pests are there, walk you through clear recommendations, and only then talk about treatment. You’ll understand the problem before any work begins.

How much is an inspection, and is the fee refundable?

An inspection is $50. If you move forward with an initial service, that fee is waived — it effectively rolls into the work.

How long does an inspection take?

It depends on the size of the home and the problem, but most inspections are straightforward. We’d rather take the time to find the real source than rush and miss it.

Rodent Prevention

How do I keep mice and rats out for good?

Seal the entry points. Trapping alone just removes the rodents you have now — it doesn’t stop new ones from coming in. Real rodent proofing means finding how they’re getting in and closing those gaps so the problem doesn’t come back.

Where do rodents usually get into a Boise home?

Common spots are gaps around the foundation, garage door corners, utility and pipe penetrations, attic vents, and crawlspace openings. Mice can squeeze through surprisingly small holes, which is why a careful inspection matters.

Do you just set traps, or do you actually seal the house?

We seal. Targeted trapping is used when needed to clear out an active infestation, but the goal is exclusion — fixing the entry points so you’re not calling someone back every few months.
