Meet Matthew
Impestable is run by one person: Matthew. When you call, you talk to the owner. When someone shows up at your door, it’s the same person who answered the phone. There’s no call center, no rotating crew, and no rep working off a commission.
Matthew has worked in pest control across the Treasure Valley, and founded Impestable in 2024 to do the job his own way. Licensed & insured — Idaho license #5821015.
After years in the industry, he got tired of watching companies treat pest control like a sales funnel — pushing quarterly contracts, recurring add-ons, and “treatments” that didn’t fix anything. So he started a company built on the opposite idea: tell people the truth, fix the actual problem, and don’t sell them things they don’t need.
Why “Impestable”
The name is a joke, and it’s also the point. Pests should be impossible. You shouldn’t have to think about them. The job is to make your home a place bugs and rodents can’t get a foothold — and then get out of your way.
How We’re Different
- You deal with the owner, every time. One technician, start to finish. No handoffs.
- No upselling. If you don’t need a treatment, we’ll tell you. If a $20 hardware-store fix solves your problem, we’ll say so.
- No contracts you don’t need. Quarterly service is available if it makes sense for your home. It is never a requirement.
- Honest recommendations. We’d rather lose a sale than recommend something you don’t need. Repeat customers and referrals are how a one-man business survives.
